All studios are fully equipped with kitchenette (cooking and coffee utensils, mini fridge), private bathroom with shower (cosmetics) and hairdryer, TV(satellite channels), individual a/c unit (heat and cold), safe-box

Towels for the room and other for the pool, free wi-fi connection, telephone connection with the reception, one double-bed or two single-beds and a private veranda from where the guest can enjoy the view over the sea and the pool.

Rates are quoted in euro, per night, for two persons and include all taxes, daily made service, free internet access and breakfast.

RESERVATION POLICY

One night deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 15 - 20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged
• 7 - 14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be charged
• 1 - 6 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged.
• In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged
